VOLUNTEER CODE OF CONDUCT
The Matthews Opera House and Arts Center (MOHAC) relies on the generosity, talent, and commitment of volunteers to create meaningful arts experiences for the Spearfish community. To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone involved, all volunteers are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.
A volunteer is defined as any individual offering unpaid time in support of MOHAC programming. This includes but is not limited to acting, directing, music performance, set construction, painting, tech (lighting/sound), costuming, props, makeup, cleaning, and office or box office assistance.
