🆕 What's New for 2026

We listened to your feedback from 2025 and made these key improvements:

Load-In & Load-Out

• Staggered load-in times (food vendors first, then artists)
• Load-out tickets included in packets to manage exit flow

Booth Layout & Spacing

• Draft booth map released two weeks before the festival
• Improved spacing and 3-foot sidewalk setbacks
• Preference given to long-standing booth locations

Power & Technology

• Pre-assigned electrical outlets with detailed power map
• Color-coded hang tags matching your assigned outlet
• All outlets tested and labeled before the event

Vendor Packets: Your packet will include booth number placard, load-out ticket, wristbands, power assignment hang tags, ice pre-order tickets, trailer policy sheet, and festival maps.

Festival Dates & Hours

July 17-19, 2026

• Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Wristband only evening)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Load-In Schedule

• Food Vendors: Thursday evening and early Friday morning (assigned slots)
• Craft/Art Vendors: Friday morning (assigned slots)
• Special Arrangements: Contact us if you need alternative timing

Load-Out Policy

• No early breakdown permitted
